Since the credibility of the website http://www.novaccine.com/ has been brought into question in this debate, I hardly see how continuing to post it in discussion messages constitutes spam, which is generally defined as unsolicited commercial messages.
Yes, one might take a narrow view of this site's spam policies in regards to multiple postings of URLs, perhaps especially if the one taking such a view found that the site ran counter to their bias, but I hardly think that the WM would consider it being spam in this instance.
BTW, I happen to believe that http://www.novaccine.com/ is a very credible website, for the same reasons Mira has posted. Given the credentials and links she has posted about the site, I would consider it far less biased and far more respectable than sites such as Gorski's Sciencebasedmedicine, Quackwatch or Skeptoid.
As the name implies, http://www.novaccine.com/ is about giving the downsides of vaccines, but does so in a science-based and well documented alternative way with well credentialled contributors. Those other sites give obviously biased views given by mainstream apologists with far less credibility and credentials.
I am far from the voice of the WM, but it is my opinion that he would not consider continued posting of the URL of a website which is being debated when the poster has no commercial connection to be spam. I could be wrong, but feel free to ask him.
Personally, I am not very fond of seeing the old "TOS violation" threat thrown out to silence someone with an opposing view. Whether or not that was your intention, it surely could be taken to be that way.
Regarding civility, there is civil, uncivil and thinly disguised civil - all of which I have seen here. Civil or not, this has all the earmarks of one of those neverending debates where perhaps it is past time to agree to disagree instead of continuing to rephrase the same basic information over and over and trying to be the one whose last-word post appears at the end of every thread and individual message discussion.
Since I have no such need to get in the last word and am quite satisfied with what I have posted thus far, I will retire to watch the latest episode of Game of Thrones and the premiere of Falling Skies which I recorded on the DVR.
Having and respecting good friends is an admirable thing to do and, imo, certainly is more in keeping with the ideals of healing and helping here on CZ than is animosity and wasted negative energy spent arguing endlessly. I've gotten caught up arguing and letting animosity creep in more than once in the past. I invariably end up regretting it.
The Game of Thrones show was quite good, as has been the case the entire series, though it naturally left you hanging waiting for next season. Since the final scene had an attactive young and quite nude girl with a couple of young dragons perched on her, I imagine that it left quite a few guys hanging. LOL. I only barely got started with the Falling Skies show, as I could not hold my eyes open. After my morning walk, mineral bath and back exercises I plan to lie down with an ice pack for my farkled back and watch the rest of it.
