Dear Liver flushers,
I'm contemplating doing my first liver flush, however I'm in a region of India where there is no chance of getting any Ornithine, I was under the impression that this was a sleeping tablet, but after some research it turns out its a form of amino acid. Is it possible to do a Liver Flush without this Ornithine? What exactly does this Ornthine do in the process of the flush?
Any help would be much appreciated. :->
