FRESH IS OK, IF YOU KNOW WHERE IT CAME FROM AND HOW IT WAS HANDLED, WHICH BASICALLY MEANS, YOU HAVE TO PICK IT YOUR SELF...
as I live in England much of it is imported.
being "organic" i'm sure counts for squat,
I LOOK FOR CANS THAT HAVE JUST SUGAR AND NEVER CORN SYRUP OR ACSORBIC ACID.
as I'm sure its heavily sprayed as you say.
THE FRESH STUFF IS, OFTEN SPRAYED WITH CITY WATER 24/7 IN THE STORES TO KEEP IT FRESH AND LOTS OF FUNGICIDE ADDED TO THE WATER.
Cass seems to think OOO helps with "pesicides",
so I take a couple of drops a day.
OREGANO THINS THE BLOOD, KILLS THE BACTERIA.......THE THIN BLOOD, LESS PARASITES ENABLES THE BODY TO DEAL BETTER WITH THE POISONS.
but aside from that,
until i can learn to live on english fruit only
i.e. apples, pears and berries
(although that would be great!)
anything i can do about the imported fruits?
IN THE CAN IS SAFER THAN FRESH....FRESH IS GOING TO HAVE A LOT OF DOPE ON IT.

YES, TO REMOVE THE BULK ON THE OUTSIDE.
I HAVE USED OZONE BEFORE, BUT JUST NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE.
