Just a link, which may be of interest to people considering Seriphos..(phosphorylated serine supplement) for high cortisol. It explains about the ethanol it contains..we should be able to tolerate this type of alcohol, well. :)

This question is to anyone out there... Is there a brand of transdermal phosphydytlserine cream that does NOT contain valerian it, like AdrenCalm has in it???? I can't tolerate valerian, but want to try phosphydytlserine transdermally.

This is a reply to # 1,818,174Hey there Hope, I have used it a handfull of times and I do feel the alcohol in it. I'm going to try it a little more, but it may not be for me. I am also purchasing adrenacalm. I haven't seen/heard of any without valerian. How about the Bach rescue cream, tho??

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,818,350That's too bad you feel the alchohol in the Serephos. I've heard Serephos is the most effective way to go, if you are going to try phosphodytlyserine? I'm super sensitive, so I probably would feel the alcohol as well in the Serephos. I tried an herb recently in grain free alcohol and felt really weird on it.
Probably the Bach's resuce cream would not have an effect on me, as the sprays don't really do much for me. :)
If the AdrenaCalm doesn't work, are you going to try phosphydtylserine in a capsule form? I'd like to know how you make out with the AdrenaCalm!
