Hi:
I have done 3 LF. Was gonna do 4th one coming weekend. But I am having serious hay-fever symtoms today. Itchy throat, headache, body-ache, watery nose discharge.
I do NOT want to take anti-histamines ( they usually do not work on me). I did not know how else to alleviate my condition, so I am thinking of flushing tonight and see if I notice some difference!
Anyone else flushed when not at optimum health? It's pathetic.Summer is here and so are allergies.
Hope I am feeling better tomorrow after the flush.
I have been drinking ACV this time, and also taking malic acid capsules. I really wanna flush. Will let you know the results tomorrow.

MoreThis is a reply to # 181,622Yes I would just do the flush. Also check the oil swishing forum. It is simple to do and may be it gets rid off your sinus problems. Go through the messages I thought they talked about allergies before. Don't hold me to it, I read so many messages that I sometimes get confused.

This is a reply to # 181,622I have severe allergies and am a huge believer in Liver Flushing to help improve allergies. But it is a gradual process. After 6 flushes mine have improved but aren't even close to being eliminated. I still need to take my antihistimines daily. Sorry to sound so pesimistic, but don't expect this flush to miraculously get rid of your hayfever.
Also immediately after the flush, your allergies might actually feel worse, not better for a day or two.
There are many natural allergy supplements. Vitamin C with quercetin helps me a great deal. Stinging Nettle and Butterbur are supposed to be good too though I personally didn't have luck with them.

This is a reply to # 181,622Try MSM. At least 3000 mg. Removes allergens from your body before you react to them. Start out slow or to many toxins may be released at once.
