Lots of little green things and foamy, clear, watery. Its 10:00 a.m. now, OK to drink lots of water? VERY thirsty. Also have some juice. How long will stuff be expelled from liver? I've lost count of bms, pretty much non stop since I got up at 6:00 a.m.- Re: tons of little green things hanna

Next time you can try less ES if you had too much buttpee. I usually use 1 tbs per glass, but sometimes the 2nd one in the morning 1-2 tsp (1 tbs=3tsp).- Re: tons of little green things happyheart
