Is it only water or can I also have apple cider? I know the original instructions say NOTHING but I thought I'd seen here that water and juice are ok.

My first too, congratulations to us! I wonder about what to drink too. Moritiz says in the book that juice OK after 10:00 a.m. and then 1/2 hour later, fruit OK.
