I WOULD PACK IT FULL OF FLOATING STYROFOAM FLOWERS
i would figure a way to do this, as i have never seen anyone attempt this, and when the word pond comes to mind 99% of people think stinky fish, dark cold water, lonely falt surface.
Dam if i had a pond i would float flowers that attracted pretty humming birds, flowers that colered up that surface, with fumes of intence beautiful fragrance, flowers that the textures would attract the eyes, etc etc, all millions of them could be put afloat on styrofoam
now MH A QUESTION, WOULD YOUR FISH JUMP TO CATCH THE BEES AND BIRDS.
EVEN IF YOU PUT A FEW ROWS OF FLOWERS FLOATING

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,809,690I haveseen fish jump and eat birds, but not in my own ponds..BIG PASS and NORTHERN PIKE will seek to eat birds....bees generally don't get near water and probably would not taste good.
A real pond does not stink, unless some fish had died....
A real pond can be covered in pond lillies and bank flowers..last year I paid $100 for a few flowers and 1 pond lilly, this year they should bloom beautifully...the flowers look like cat tails, but instead have a huge purple flower and man manipulated pond lillies can have flowers 1 foot in diamiter......they easily cost $50 a piece and can be HUGE...
A real pond is a beautiful place...the waves, the birds, the millions of creatures / bugs make it a very lively place...
a real pond bring enjoymen to just 'watch".
