Dilemma: Not sure if I've had 5 or 6 cans of apple juice. Which shoud I do?
a) go for it and start tonight (its 5:55 p.m. where I live)
or
b) drink some more apple juice and start tomorrow?
thoughts?

This is a reply to # 180,801I think you should absolutely go ahead - some people don't drink any apple juice and have success.
I know the bag of Epsom Salts says "not for internal use", but that's what I used. I think it was commonly used a generation ago for constipation. - Re: Horns of Dilemma plzchuckle

MoreThis is a reply to # 180,801Last 2 flushes I've actually put my espome salt IN apple juice and had very productive flushes ... go for it.

This is a reply to # 180,816Huh, thats a plan. I decided to wait till tomorrow, I'm too stressed out... did a lot of things wrong, busy week, forgot to take ap juice one day, etc. Didn't know if that mattered and got all stressed about it... now I'm all stressed about this system ? Do my replies go to people privately, or the forum? (I'm responding with similar text, boring if it goes on the forum)
