EVERY DAY of her life, she had apples, bannas in a bowel on her kitchen table and she ate prunes...
I never ever was at her house that there was not fresh fruit on her table..........she was a hospital cook, never ever drove a car, was widowed twice at a young age, lived alone for close to 50 years.
She was a "round" grandmother, not slim by any chance, but never had wrinkles to the day she died. She liked drugs, liked vitamin b shots, but medical shut her down after X amount of vitamin B shots and refused to ever let her have another at a certain point.........
She liked the "free" stuff government handed out to the elderly, loved to get the free butter, free pennut butter and anything else that was "FREE".......she was a DEPRESSION ERA KID, so she HORDED EVERYTHING, never through away ANYTHING and stacked it to the ceiling in her tiny city house....when she would be ill, she would use up the medicaid to the max, taking advantage as long as it was all FREE....in her nineties, she was eligible for nursing home care for x amount of days for FREE, so to her, this meant FREE FOOD, someone to talk to and all FREE! ONCE IN, she realized she entered the devils check out center and told me she made a big mistake and should have never took the offer and should have stayed at her home and within a week, she was dead, starved to death, because what ever drug they gave her, stopped her liver.
SHE was a depression era "frugil" old granny that never had much more than a dime to her name ever..never drove a car, never had much of anything and the only foods you ever seen her have at her house was bowels of fresh fruit, BUT, if you took her anywhere, she loved a hamburger....can't remember her ever eating at a restaurant. She had rasperries in her small back yard, plentiful flowers and never a vegetable garden.
It was not long ago that humans lived past 90 no matter how much drugs and poisons they consumed......those days are long gone, medical wants us all dead by age 40 world wide.. prior to 1950 many lived to ag 150, prior to 1900 plenty of humans lived near 200 and as BOOK I states as fact, we have/had humans on earth prior to medical that never died a natural death and living past age 200. The ones living 250 years old, lived souly on the fresh fruits around them from what I have read.....not animal eaters such as known in Africa. Those eating animals and drinking of blood were never known to live long lives.
