My son is 28 and has been on Ritalin now for almost 5 years. With the stress of his new job recently he was beginning to have terrible problems with brain fog and fatigue. He literally could not concentrate on anything at work.
I had been talking to him about diet, cleansing, and enzyme therapy for some time but till this latest fatigue and brain fog problem set in, he seemed content to take the Ritalin for the times when he was suffering from attention defecit symptoms.
I'm pleased to say that he has now bought into my logic about renewing his health. About 3 weeks ago he stopped taking Ritalin and started on a allergy free diet (I was assuming he may have soem
food sensitivities that were causing his brain fog). I had him avoid all dairy, all grains, all sugar, all processed foods, all artificial sweetners and all food
preservatives , plus coffer an alcohol and all fried foods and rminded him to drink tons of spring water daily. Within 5 days most of his brain fog was gone and he was beginning to gain some of his old confidence back.
Last week I had him start a 7 day
parasite cleanse (Wormwood product by Kroeger Herb Products) and was then planning for him to follow that up with a
Colon Cleanse and then several liver flushes. He was off of all other medication and only taking the
Wormwood product when on the 3rd day of this cleanse he got sick as a dog. His urine had turned very dark. When we talked about the circumstances, I reassured him that the sickness and the dark urine were an indication that his body was detoxing. He stayed on the
parasite cleanse and by the 5th day was feeling much better and had no other symptoms or discomforts for the remainder of the 7 day cleanse.
Tomorrow he starts the
Colon Cleanse with
Oxypowder and then he'll start with the liver flushing. I know it's a bit early to predict that the diet, + cleansing and enzyme therapy will correct all of his ailments - including ADD....but I have a great deal of confidence that it will. I will point out that what the doctors originally thought was ADD may have been memory and concentration problems brought on by acidosis, parasites, impaired digestion, and probably a congested liver.
I'll keep you postes on his progress. If my theory is correct - given his age - and he stays with the diet, cleansing, flushing and enzyme therapy I've recommended....he may see a complete return of his health to normal in 6 months to a year.
