hi -- can i take the humaworm capsules at the same time as the humana tea? or is there a schedule that people follow who are doing both?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,805,155do you know if i can literally take them in the same swallow, though, or do i need to wait an hour in between? i.e. will the tea interfere with absorption of the humaworm herbs?
