I've had this problem too and it seems that when my intestine is irritated that it intensifies or causes the problem. Candida and
parasites are only two of the causes, it could be allergies, gluten sensitivity, toxins/pollutants in food /water. You may have developed a maladsorbtion syndrome and may not be able to adsorb necessary nutrients, vitamins and minerals and be low in B vitamins and Vit D.
