That's the general idea. But the military troops are also subject to the double speak of Washing D.C., as are the rest of the sheople. For example, the reason for bombing Libya is for humanitarian reasons - what a joke!
But the soon-to-be 'boots on the ground' newbie troops will repeat this mantra to themselves until they see for themselves that its all a bunch of BS.

I can see that, perhaps, those that are career military, as well as those that are retired military, will have the wherewithal to understand what is going on, and, through the network of scuttlebutt, the newer troops will get informed, sooner or later, as to what is really going on.

Those that are involved with the various police agencies will get it later, as well, especially when the paychecks stop coming. They will eventually see that they are working on the wrong side of the fence.

That is why I see the NWO elites will make it so UN troops will brought into this country. And I would bet that those UN troops would be of mostly Chinese & Russian descent, tainted with a smaller % of other foreign nationals.
