better than stuff in a box or stuff that has vitamin c added...IF the fruit looks GREAT, some care was taken in the devoping, packing, shipping and receiving...never buy yucky looking fruits...

The commercial stuff 90% comes in from CHINA, VIETNAUM and other slave nations, their pestacides are the nasty stuff.

ALL RESUAURANT FOOD is mostly all from CHINA, shipping in and distributed.....

NO DOUBR jar food has less chemicals, because they pick and package FAST! No need to preserve for shipment and preserve so it does not rot before someone buys it.

I buy oranges every january from a florida direct truck, they cost about $18 a BOX, which is more expensive in the stores i think, but these oranges rarely ever spoil, they last me into JUNE each year....I just gave 2 cases away to a old fellow I know and have 5 cases left.....I am always amazed how well they keep.

APPLES can be raised and kept 1 full year, the old order amish do it.....apple juice frozen at least 1-2 years old, is some of th finest apple juice on earth....way better than fresh, but fresh is good too.

Vegetable juices may taste good, but so does many bad things, I love carrot juice about once every 2 months, but every fast growing vegetable has little to no health value, if not harmful to our kidneys/circulation.

I understand that what I really need is wild fruit,
but due to being too far north we have very limited
range of REAL fruits.
The "best" i can get hold of on a regular basis is
"organic". It's expensive over here but definately
tastes and makes me feel better than the standard stuff.

So until I can grow my own or move to a country that
grows great fruits naturally, at least I know I'm doing OK.
