For example I have times where I have a hard time sleeping at night but I start feeling sleepy during the day or I have had times that I lay awake all night and then start falling asleep at 5 am . People use it to avoid jetlag but I thought it might be helpful to people with AF, such as myself who's circadian rhythm is off. In fact I have done it before and it helped me.
