here's one for you:
had a childhood+adolescence of troubled health. OCD and shyness as a kid (i know i know, not the most relevant.) onset of chronic inflammation problems during my early teen years. arthritis, ibs, acne, depression. things that are common enough, but also in my case significant enough to merit the likely assumption that something was out of balance. never really developed much, if any, of a healthy sex drive. then, come college years, suddenly had a bout of nasty chronic prostatitis. overall, i was just, sort of.. a mess.. on a whim, i started taking msm for my fairly bad tendinitis and arthritis, and was shocked at how it affected my condition. within 6 months, my joints were much improved, and within the first year of taking it, i was a completely different- and completely awesome person. my mood and attitude reversed, and i felt social (and effective at being social) without shyness. skin and prostatitis cleared up at least 70% and for the first time, i had a healthy sex drive.
this lasted for about a year, but then i started getting bad kidney pains, and eventually stones.. intuitively, i could tell that the msm was, at some level, contributing, so i stopped taking it, and- somewhat unsurprisingly but most disappointingly, all my old symptoms re-emerged! whenever i've tried to take anything for inflammation it has- in general- worked for a bit, but aggravated the kidney issue.. it get's more complicated a bit, but i digress. the reason i'm posting to this morgellon's support forum is as follows: during the later period when i was taking the sulfur/msm, i started noticing black specks on my skin. at first, of course, i assumed that it must have been from clothes, contact with something (as i'm sure you all thought at first..) but i would get them semi-regularly regardless of what i wore, where i slept, etc. they almost looked like thin black paint chips, and were often on legs and chest, sometimes armpits. it was during a period when i would often wake up soaked in sweat, and i haven't had them in years (although my kidney symptoms continue unfortunately.) but has anyone heard of this ridiculous bs??
hit me up, fun folks!
