I guess in theory it might work. Someone posted something the other day about anti-depressants actually helping in some
parasite cases.
Wormwood is a hypnotic, but it doesn't kill worms, it just stuns them so they will let go and be flushed out by bowel movements. Of the herbal "top three,"
Wormwood , cloves and
Black-Walnut , it's the
Black-Walnut that kills the worms, the cloves that kill the eggs.
Wormwood doesn't kill anything.
I'm rambling, but maybe the bennies would have the same effect, so wouldn't be any good for
parasites outside the intestinal tract because they can't be easily swept out of the body.
I know that when I take wormwood, the worms in my eyes stop moving around, but as soon as I stop, they start back. I'm thinking that is because the
Black-Walnut is not systemic, and can't reach them. Wormwood is the only systemic of the three, and it is only a hypnotic. I think maybe the bennies would do the same. As soon as you stop taking them, the worms would come right back.
