So I finally took the plunge and decided to flush. I suffer from bloated belly.
I decided to do the flush on Friday. I drank lots of Apple Cider ( Not apple juice!) week before the flush.
Fri before 2:00 AM: I ate a lot of fruits/veggies on friday. ( Watermelons, carrots, green pepper) Also drank apple cider. Was feeling fine. Just a bit nervous. Stopped eating/drinking after 2:00.
Fri 6:00 PM: Drank my ES with Apple Cider mixed in it.
Fri 8:00 PM: Drank my second ES drink. by 9:30 I had already had 4-5 watery bowels courtesy ES! I was feeling very weak.
Fri 9:30 PM: I prepared my "potion". 1/2 cup OO, 1/2 cup GJ, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp turmuric, 1 tsp ginger. My mistake was I did not extarct the ginger juice and had some ginger pulp in it. Will be careful in future. Shook the whole thing very hard to make an emulsion.
Fri 10:00 PM: Drank the "potion" by my bedside. Went to bed, lying on my right side with a heat pad under me.
Sat 4:00 AM: Was awake as I was feeling some pain in stomach. Was so weak, I could barely walk. Somehow I reached the bathroom, had a BM ( no stones yet). I was feeling dehydrated. So drank like 1/8th glass of water.
Sat 4:30 AM: Had nausea, and vomited almost half of my OO/GJ drink. Felt much better after the vomiting.
Sat 6:15 AM: Drank another ES drink
Sat 8:15 AM: Drank last ES drink.
Sat 9:30 AM: Had my first bowel with green pea coloured stones ( 20 maybe)
Then all thru the day, I had many runs ( 8-9 maybe) and expelled a total of 40-45 green stones. I picked one of them. They were soft (not hard)
My question is: Why did I vomit ? What can I do to prevent the vomiting next time.
I was thinking, I should lie on my back. And should I not have drunk water?
The whole day, Saturday I was feeling very weak . I started eating after 10:15 AM. By Saturday evening, the diarrhea was gone, I started to feel better.
Sunday was much better. I had regained my energy by then. My bloating was slightly less, but not gone completely. I am planning on another flush in 2 weeks. I hope I dont vomit this time.
Good health to all.
