I rarely experience hunger and certainly not on the day of the flush. The day after the flush I am usually ravenous, however... Hunger is a state of mind -- if you tell yourself you will be hungry then there can be only one possible outcome... The mini-fast is essential in my mind, and should not be avoided. (Although, some prefer alternate flushes which involve cream of all things, so perhaps you could experiment with that if you so desire.)
I would also like to state that in order to alleviate hunger you must supply your body with that which it desires: vitamins, enzymes and the all-important minerals. Two servings of red grapes will be more than enough to fuel your body for the entire day, whereas "foods" such as cooked beans and legumes are practically worthless.
Liver Flushing WILL remedy your digestive complaints, which will consequently alleviate your bloating. A mini-fast is small price to pay for this...not to mention the countless other benefits!
Relax and smile in expectation. I have experienced some horrible events due to needless worry and anxiety and I would not wish this upon anyone. Oh, and releasing stones, parasites, chaff and various other forms of filth is exhilarating beyond words. You'll see...
