Is anyone else so far gone with adrenal fatigue that it's exhausting just to get up out of a chair. My muscles almost don't want to even lift my body.
I can't bend over to pick things up, and it's very hard to get out of bed.
After 5 years of suffering from severe (and I mean SEVERE) hypoglycemia (I think due to low cortisol) I've finally ordered a saliva test and will explore both allopathic and alternative treatments. I'm so far gone I can't tolerate more than a few grams of protein (8-10) at each meal and zero carbs, otherwise I get a serious reactive hypoglycemic reaction.
I don't believe it can just be insulin resistance because I don't eat enough protein or carbs to spike insulin (I don't even eat enough protein to cover basic needs). I believe the body just can't antagonize the insulin that it makes properly anymore.
I will post the numbers when I get them.
But man, lately the fatigue has gotten much worse. I feel like a zombie. I wish I could get the vitality and health I had 5-6 years ago back. I sure miss it. I feel almost dead.
People don't understand when I tell them I can't help them with physical activities like lifting and moving things.
I can't walk more than 20 minutes straight (and I mean a very light, slow walk) or else I'm on the floor in exhaustion.
But I would gladly accept the fatigue if I could rid myself of the hypoglycemic drops. Those are the most terrifying experiences I've ever had. You feel like you're going to die every single time.
