Fresh bile is bright green and it turns brown as it passes thru the intestine. A light brown or tan stool may indicate bile system congestion. The only time I saw white stools was after a person had taken barium for an intestinal exam. So your lighter brown stools may be caused by occasional times when you cannot produce sufficient bile because of stones, sludge and parasites. There are also some intestinal bacteria which can 'eat' bile and they sometimes grow in the bile system. People have more success doing LFs by following a program which has a parasite
program, a method of dissolving hard calcium stones before the LF.

Using a herbal laxative, taking fiber with each meal, eating prunes and drinking at least 5 glasses of water a day may be helpful. Also detoxing the liver - I use Hulda Clark
