I would recommend doing the flush on Friday night.
This way you won't ruin your entire weekend and still have time to do some stuff.
Saturday morning you will have "the runs" but if you eat oatmeal and a banana it will bind you so you can enjoy the rest of your day........we are usually in slow motion......get the groceries done and that's about it......
Sunday you will feel better although a little tired but able to go out and get a few things done you will just feel very peaceful and Monday you should be perfecto!!
we were loaded with new found energy the weeks after the flush. Same with the 2nd. I'm doing my 3rd today......eating oatmeal and apples.......
at least that's how it works w/my hubby and myself.

tips or tricks that have helped us tremendously:
1. eat your non fat meal around 1:30 so you still feel full around 6 pm.
2. sweeten your grapefruit,
Epsom Salt drink with 8 packets or more of Stevia or Xylitol.

Olive-Oil drink, sweeten and put in the blender and blend it till it's creamy and drink through a straw and take 8 orthinine. I took 8 and my hubby took 2 or 4 and I was asleep in 5 minutes and slept through the night and he was up till the weeeee hours.
4. I wouldn't even bother using the colander the first night, wait till the 2nd day to see stones as you are still emptying your food and all you get is a giant pile in the collander........YUCK, and messy. Next day is better it's clearer and liquid.
