Hello, San2006
I believe Hanna is absolutely right when she says: For good colon health you need enough bile, what means
Liver Flushing (check out the links she kindly provided).
You say: “I have 2-3 BMs every day” That’s great, you just might be ready for a flush! I started doing them at 1BM every day – it worked for me. You say: “I feel there is still some BM left inside me” – that’s fine, too, you can choose tot relax and wait until you eliminate it. If it’s the same day, ½, or 1 or 5 hours later, that’s fine. Don’t get too worked up on it. Relax, you’re just fine.
“I am just wondering, such large amounts of Epsom Salt”. My experience (35 flushes later) has taught me: never SKIP even ONE dose of
Epsom Salts , no matter how “yucky” you perceive them to be! They do an awesome job at getting the junk out of my system! Never skipped one dose in 35 flushes and I intend to stick to this principle. It worked just fine for me.
The advice: “Do NOT attempt a liver cleanse if you are constipated! It could cause serious problems as the stones have nowhere to go. They could get stuck in a bile duct or cause extreme discomfort. First cleanse your bowel completely before doing a
Liver Flush “ is, in my opinion, 100% true. However, since you mentioned you have 2-3 BMs per day, that’s totally normal and does not fall in the “constipated” category.
I know this one statement I am about to make may be “up” to controversial to some, but here it is: I have followed (more or less consistently, I will try to make no attempt at claiming I did this “by the book” 100% of the time, by any means), doctor Peter J. D’Adamo’s “Live Right 4 Your Type” Lifestyle – it is actually called “Diet” but I deeply dislike thinking of it as a “Diet” since this particular word has too many negative connotations – so I choose to call it a “Lifestyle”. The bloating issue is to me, an obvious intolerance to some foods your body, in its’ innate wisdom, rejects. Find out what your particular’s blood type “no-no”s might be – you may be in for a surprise! Our bodies are much wiser than we give them credit for!
Try to eliminate ONE potential culprit at a time, for perhaps a month (WHEAT is a bitch to try, I can tell you that much, even on Soy Sauce, the second bloody ingredient is “wheat” on 99.98% of labels – LEARN to read your labels, please!) Then, after maybe one month of keeping an accurate journal of how you feel, you can put that ONE ingredient BACK in your diet. You should not need a lot of time to notice and write down the subsequent changes in your Health Log. Do so with all “Avoid” foods, as per Peter J. D’Adamo. Try to identify the pattern. Bingo! Tomatoes (or wheat) are REALLY not good for Bs (just an example). Complete enlightenment will follow. (I AM a type B, and I am a HAPPY camper since totally giving up chicken 6 years ago! I replaced it with turkey at home, and with vegetarian dishes when I eat out – not may restaurants offer turkey as a substitute for chicken, just to give you an idea of what I’m trying to say here. I’ve been doing just fine. After some 2 nasty experiences with chicken after eliminating it for 1-2 months, I just smile and say: "I am allergic to chicken!" when I see pupils enlarge when I say: I can’t have chicken. It’s a quick way to get accepted in a judgmental society. They don’t even blink when I put out this little while lie – but oh, my God, would their little eyes just BULGE if I got into this bushy “Live Right 4 Your Type” business!!!! Like Hopinso wisely said: KISS (Keep It Simple Sweetie!) – trust her, it works!
“Nystatin to kill candida yeast” – Nystatin is terrible, as all prescription medication. Inform yourselt – easiest thing to do is just a google search on “Nystatin dangers”.
"Probiotics, anti-candida diet, rebounding, lots of pure water, coconut oil, multivitamins, cell food, digestive enzymes", they are all awesome – keep it up.
The only issue I can think of here is “something of what you eat” is causing the bloating problem and you have to do some detective work to discover it.
You ask: “Can a
Liver Flush help me. I have read ppl doing so many flushes. I don’t want to make
Liver Flush a part of my life. Certainly not”.
My answer to that: EVERYTHING in life is about choice. Read, learn, and make your decision. If you “don’t want to make Liver Flush a part of my life. Certainly not.” - then DON”T. Remember, you are in CONTROL of your health.
Best of Health to YOU
