Strongyloides generally only gets out of control in people with compromised immune systems. I believe mine went ballistic when I was taking steroids for a torn rotator cuff, and then went through surgery and immense stress.
If you take steroids for your MS, you will have a hard time getting control of the strongyloides without some very strong meds. Bitricide is for a different kind of parasite. It may kill a few of the strongyloides, but it won't cure them. In fact, once they are disseminated throughout your body, there is no 100% cure. The protocol of choice is Ivermectin and Abendazole taken together. One kills the adults, one the larvae and eggs. Here is a link to ICU's (our resident expert) protocol for strongyloides.

If you have been formally diagnosed, I would suggest taking this to your specialist and try to get him to let you have the meds. Strongyloides can be deadly in immuno-compromised patients, in fact, I've read statistics as high as 87% of those patients dying from the disease destroying their organs.
Not trying to scare you, just trying to get you to take this seriously. I have them too, and I'm doing the protocol next month.
