Most excellent! Treat it just as though it was prescription strength. Let it build up slowly so your body has a chance to adjust to the change. That one tab/cap should be okay for 2 weeks, then if you want more, go to 2 for 2 more weeks. (equivalent to approximately 1/2 grain Armour) Can continue this way through 6, if you need that much. On the 7th tab or cap, start holding for 4 weeks. Besides being pricey, slowing down the increases can help your adrenals not get overstressed. Do a simple test of your afternoon temp, besides other "check-ins" with how you feel, before you raise again. If at any time it makes you jittery but you still feel hypothyroid, you may be having trouble with converson of T4 to T3. Problem areas could be low/high cortisol, ferritin too low, magnesium too low. Oh, good luck!
Of course you're correct -- a tab a day. I was only suggesting a schedule of a tab a day for two weeks. Then increase if you need to to two tabs per day for the next two weeks. People are always in a hurry to increase the daily number of tabs, and it can backfire.
