I have read that between 15 and 18 grams of magnesium sulfate equals 1 table spoon.
For each of the salt drinks I use 30 grams of MS mixed in 1/4 liter of water (or water and friut juice:lemons, apple juice or pinapple). Thus for the 4 drinks I mix 90 grams of magnesium sulfate (its not called Epsom Salt here in France) with 1 liter of water/fruit juice. That might be a little on the high side of salts, you could prolly use as little as 70, but I tend to want to use more, then less.

I use a 30g enveloppe of Sulfate de Magnesium heptahydraté and four teacups of apple juice (I'm just guessing 4 of my teacups equal 3 of Hulda's cups). For the OO (Olive-Oil) mixture I use 100ml of OO (Olive-Oil) and 1 large grapefruit which gives me about 250ml in all.
