You need to find another doctor, and get all the tests that Janie recommends on her site, so that you can get a better picture of what's going on so you can fix it. Order some Nutri-med desiccated thyroid (online). They seem to be the most potent otc glandulars out there. If you order extra, keep them in the freezer. The nutrimed can perk up your thyroid, start with one tablet and increase in a week or two. Increase again if you need to in another week or two. Go slow if you have hyper feelings do to low ferritin. Follow Janie's protocol.
Your ferritin is still too low, you need to get it up. You can get it as high as 150 safely. There is a post further down on ferritin.
How much vitamin D are you taking? To boost your levels, you need 10,000iu minimum. When my level was 12, I took 20,000 daily and in three months got it to 54. You want it to be between 70-90 so your body begins to store reserves.
I don't see B12, you are probably deficient. In addition to a b-complex, a sublingual b12 (methylcobalamin) 2000-3000mcg a couple times a day will help.
Your antibodies are low, good news. You probably just have a conversion problem due to low iron and lack of iodine. Supplementing with iodine, companion supplements and l-tyrosine can boost the thyroid. Tyrosine also supports the adrenals. Companion supplements are listed here:

Speaking of adrenals, you're also probably dealing with adrenal fatigue. If your temps are all over the place and vary from day to day by more than .3 degrees, then your adrenals are stressed. Janie has a link on her adrenals page for a temp chart to help you track them. Pregnenolone is good for the adrenals and menopause symptoms. It has been very helpful for me. I've found Life Extension to be one of the better ones on the market. I'm currently taking 200-300 preg and 25-50 dhea and my hot flashes are GONE. I've gone into early menopause because of my hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue.
Finally, if getting your ferritin and b12 up and taking the iodine, companion supps (incl. tyrosine) and the nutri-med thyroid DOESN'T help, and even AFTER you get the rest of the labs run and your new doc doesn't agree to a 'script of desiccated thyroid -- YOU CAN SELF TREAT. There are overseas pharmacies that will ship without a 'script thyroid -s and thyriod (not a misspell). Google for those specifically for overseas pharmacies.
BUT, going by the incomplete labs you have...you can probably turn things around without a prescription strength thyroid med, by getting your ferritin, b12 and D optimal, strengthening the adrenals and getting on
Iodine and the companion supplements.
I know it's overwhelming when you feel so crappy but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and you WILL start to feel better once those deficiencies are addressed. The adrenals are fatigued because they've been trying to compensate for a sluggish thyroid and the thyroid is sluggish because it is starved for nutrients because of your deficiencies in iodine, iron and vitamin D. The b12 deficiency doesn't help either.
