If you read my refeed am up around 8
pounds from lowest weight end of fast but have been as said in refeed post eating a lot of very salty food and my scale confirms more water in body.
Not going to worry too much. Just keep to my strategy for now. Strategy is pretty much eat when hungry,haven't had three meals a day once. And have been doing those aerobics and sure doing weights now will help as well.
Also started up my EAT STOP EAT combined to make sure have two 24 hour fasts twice a week.
See how things go in aother week.Hopefully the right direction.I don't ever want to do a 40 day fast water only or juice and water. I was hoping to only maybe do another 14 day on water or maybe two but wait as said a bit and let the exercise,and eat stop eat and mostly eating when hungry strategies do their thing.
