All these things work collectively to destroy our economy or industry who in the modern world is totally dependent on energy to supply products ,create jobs and a higher standard of living then the third world lifestyle Obama offers us! The Bush administration had a policy to try to create 10,000 new jobs a month ,the Obama administration attempts to reverse that to the loss of ten thousand jobs a month!

Senate bill 510 that is to regulates food safety for big corporate food companies and does not impact either the home gardener or the Community Supported Agriculture which is most of the organic industry.
Cap and Trade is a market-based approach used to control pollution by providing economic incentives for achieving reductions in the emissions of pollutants. This is advantageous for big industrial plants but not so good for the general population. Translated - that means moe jobs, more corporate money but still too much pollution.
The original purpose of the AML fees was for the coal industry to pay for cleaning up mines that cannot be attributed to a particular producer.
"Coal production has shifted over time, however, so most current production is in the West and most abandoned mines are in the East," the White House document said. "Therefore, the AML fee is intended for the industry as a whole to take responsibility for reclamation, regardless of where the fees are collected or where the mines are located."
So do you have a problem with the coal industry being responsible for cleaning up their mess? If you lived in West Virginia, Tennessee and Kentucky you wouldn't.- Re: Trump trumps the chumps! RyanD

What you don't understand is this Senate bill requires expensive testing beyond the scope of safety which will not hurt the big industrial farming but will kill the small organic producer close down farmers markets and not permit the transfer of any home grown foods. You should try reading and stop to think ,instead of giving carte blanch over to any government agency. This is a fools game!
And whats you thoughts on Obama's support for codex alimentarius, that you have conveniently ignored, a bill that would keep people from healing themselves and will require a doctors prescription to get things like vitamins or herbal products. What does my taking responsibility for my health have to do with corporate food industry health regulations?

Your egg scare was just an excuse to initiate this bill, government inspectors have been in place for decades and this egg scam was nothing more then an over hyped minor incident that was caused by inspector neglect or more then likely bribery, this is how government officials work ,the people you Pollyanna's support. Your lack of knowledge on these matters astounds me.

Why do you think the unemployment rate is where it's at today? Maybe because of all the companies that moved their operations offshore because of excessive regulations, and taxes. Now not only do we have more unemployment because of lost jobs, the tax base has shrunk because those people don't pay taxes, and they don't have money to spend that also create retail taxes.
Now the left wants to regulate [indoctrinate] our children about homosexuality in our public schools. You can thank obummer for the gay czar he put in as education czar.
Is there any point at which the left uses heads for something besides a hat rack?
