Sounds like our situations may have been similar. I'm now 58 but I started having problems with what was presumably low blood
Sugar when I was 30. Wasn't diagnosed with food and airborne allergies until I was 54. Between 30 and 54 I found that when I suffered from fatigue, malaise and low grade frontal headaches (assuming it was low blood sugar), if I would stay away from caffeine, alcohol,
Sugar and flour, after a few weeks the symptoms would either go away or be minimal. As each year went by, and the malaise, fatigue and headaches would be more severe and last longer, I would have to avoid the triggers for a longer period of time to feel better.
In looking back now....I realize all along the low blood
Sugar was a symptom and not a problem. My problem was that my system was in toxic overload. Avoiding these bad foods and beverages was allowing my system to purge itself of these toxins.
Obviously, I've had problems with toxins in my liver and gall bladder now for over 25 years. So I shouldn't expect the problems to go away over night. According to a nutritional therapist I went to once, she said the rule of thumb is it takes your body one month to heal for every year you've have the digestive unbalance. I'm confident that flushing will accelerate this process....in fact I now believe that I never would have gotten well without flushing!
I'm just now finishing my 4th flush and intend to eat right for the next 3 weeks until the next flush. Will report back in 3 weeks.
