So you did juice for how many days a couple?
I did as you can see in my posts 31 on water,then few on juice than doing water this weekend. Then think juice last 4 or the planned 40 days. Then refeed. I would hope to transition back to normal food over about week to 10 days.
No plans to go raw or vegetarian pretty much ever.
My weight stayed pretty much same since day 31 when was 220.6 and now today after juice days on day 35 was 220.2. Not much change. I think some of it is the salt in the clamato juice that was drinking on purpose to get some salt into my system.
So hard to say how much water weight picked up. I did hope to go full 40 on water but the dizzyness and fainting feelings were making it impossible to go outside the house and that wasn't acceptable. On juice the problems were gone but felt a bit of it today on water again.Should have maybe tried powerade zero just picked up some today and had a bit.
Just trying to get down a few extra
pounds before this fasting cycle is over.
May repeat it in a month but not as long if going water maybe 7 to 14 could see maybe doing 20 on water but really not into long fasts again.Hope to keep the weight off with warrior type diet or eat stop eat intermittent fasting.
I am going to try to eat pretty healthy wasn't really that bad before and keep up aerobics and weights 5x and 3 times respectively a week.
I was able to maintain for years but my maintenance point was like 250 to 260 range. Not good place to maintain for me when should weigh 180 or less.
So bit worried here like everyone else. How much going to gain refeeding and can I keep it off and get off another 40 or so maybe 60.
