First thing is to get them off fluoride.
Pills are not needed; Iodine
(Lugols) comes as a liquid, easily taken with milk, juice, tea or smoothies. No taste when taken like this. My son is 14, he has taken Iodine
for the last two and a half years.
Yes they gets all the companions; lower at the starting point; now the eldest one is almost up to adult dosage as he grows and eat like one.
Magnesium and vitamin B comes as liquid too
Vit C; as powder ( ascorbic acid), easy to take in juice or smoothies.
-or why not combine these two as Magnesium Ascorbate powder; Now food has one variety.
Selenium; comes as a powder in a capsule; sprinkle over food or in smoothie.
After a certain age there is a shift when it comes to swallowing capsules; for mine it was around 10-12 years.
Once learned they prefer it this way.
Chewable ones are an option; but I use to carefully read the ingredients as some of the manufactures put in things like Aspartame
and other nasties.
