I didn't bother with the parasites. There are many differing opinions on this matter on curezone, but I side with
Andreas Moritz who says a
parasite cleanse will only burden a congested body with millions of dead corpses. A healthy body, in his opinion, is able to deal with
parasites without trouble. I have never done a
parasite cleanse, although some people report it helped them with acne. However, I do not want to depend on taking anti-parasitics for the rest of my life, which you have to do once you get on the anti-
parasite train (zapping & herbs, etc).
As for acne, I can attest to the fact that
Liver Flushing (combined with bowel cleansing) has been the cure that helped me combat this disease for good. It took 9 flushes before the cysts began to retreat, but the day after the last flush I was so surprised! Smooth healthy looking skin without a sign of the usual oiliness on my forehead! I had a few spots around my period time a couple of weeks later (I have mild PCOS), but I expect not to have a repeat performance next month.
Anyway, I did my tenth flush two days ago and so far, so good! I've had
Acne (almost exclusively on my face) since I was 15-16, so this is a huge relief for me! It also means my digestive and eliminative systems are working more efficiently now. However I also have to mind my diet (from Christmas onwards my diet is vegan, with a little cheese now and then). I also eat according to my ayurvedic type and have made certain lifestyle changes (such as sleeping before 10pm) in order to regulate stress hormones which are another reason behind disorders such as acne. Diet triggers I have noticed so far are refined
Sugar and the yeast in commercial bread, but everyone is different.
Some herbs that helped me immensely with the inflammation, before my 9th liver flush, were echinacea, goldenseal & cat's claw. I alternated them every 2-3 weeks and was relieved to see my face responding & getting clearer. Other people also report benefits from Chinese Bitters, but they were too expensive for me to order. Of course the herbs are only temporary aides, not cures, so I am glad to be off them now. If you should decide to give them a go use them together with the bowel/kidneys/liver protocol.
Fish oil supplements and flax didn't make any difference to my situation, but maybe I didn't use them long enough. However the mercury risk is not one I am willing to take again!
Good luck to you!
Louise
