I think a lot of people here, if not everyone here, would really feel a difference switching to Coenzymate B's in sublingual form. You may have to take more than the bottle says, but here is some info:
I can see why this could be better for you. But for me vitamins have never worked. Vitamin c when I could tolerate it did nothing. I give myself an injection of B12 and a Mix of B vitamins once a week and don't really feel a difference.
Yeah, that's the same thing. You could check other sites to maybe find a better price like vitacost. You would also want to get the sublingual pantethine they make by itself, and maybe the b-1 and b-6 to take extra.
