I'm so glad to hear you're doing so much better!
I know you've worked hard and diligently...and you certainly deserve to be seeing the fruits (and veggies :) of your labor.
(I saw your last post about doing better...was it really *months* ago?...and intended to reply, but I got buried and it got buried, and then I lost track of it).
Regarding the rice in distilled water. Yes, organic brown rice would work, and I'd say 1-3 teaspoons per gallon (or much less) would 'get 'er done' :)
(Btw, I started this post yesterday before anyone else had responded. I don't think there's a concern about anything "going bad" unless there was some type of pathogen on the rice...or of course, letting it sit for days/weeks. Only 7 grains of rice? Hmmmm, that's definitely interesting...and might just be enough to do the trick - especially since the goal isn't to 'remineralize' but rather, to 'give back life-energy')
Another option I just thought of would be to add water or dairy kefir grains. It wouldn't take very much at all (I'd guess less than a teaspoon of water kefir grains, or just a piece of milk kefir grain). Of course, you'd be sacrificing the grains - but that would certainly 'add life energy' :)
Blessings,
Uny
