Can impaired immunity lead to ringworm? I've never had it, nor do I usually cover my legs with clothing, etc., so I'm not sure why I'd get it now.
Fungal infections are always a risk in people with immune suppression. You could have easily picked it up from somewhere such as a gym.
Hv: Do you think it's wise, just in case, to take a mix of andrographis, chapparal, and pau d'arco to eliminate any possible lyme infection?
I really do not think it is lymes, but it would not hurt to take the herbs anyway since they will also help with boosting your immune system.
Would it also help with ringworm, or not?
Ringworm is best treated topically.
What dose, how often? How long should I take it for?
Mixed together as a formula I recommend a 1/2 teaspoon of the mix three times daily art least 20 minutes before meals for 2 weeks as an immune boost.
I also take various adrenal herbs (schisandra, eleuthero, cordyceps, astragalus, a formula from Planetary, Fo Ti, jiaogulan, and a few more)... is that fine?
Yes, those will also help with immunity.
Could I take everything all at once w/ the chappal, etc. ?
Yes.
About a month ago, I noticed a small patch of red, crinkly skin on my right leg, about one inch in length. It wasn't really a circle, but an odd shape.
Over the past few weeks, it's been getting bigger and is now a circle. The color faded as it expanded, but there is now a lighter, solid color around the deeper, redder ring. It's slightly raised and I definitely feel it to the touch. If I scratch it, there's a little itch or sting, but otherwise I don't feel it.
An inch above the rash, there is another tiny red spot (also visible in the pictures), and another few inches below, too. So, I have 3 spots on my legs now.
I have no other symptoms and in fact have been feeling better over the past month and a half on various adrenal-boosting herbs, Vit. C, and bee pollen. I've been looking up symptoms and although mine match, they have also been going for almost a year now and began with my adrenal crash from the yohimbe.
I've had adrenal fatigue for almost a year now, and thus am more prone to infections. Could this be related? Could it simply be a general rash, since I'm more prone to allergies now (especially food)? Do the pictures look like lyme disease? I live in a city and don't play with ticks, so I'm not sure how it could be lyme disease.
Could it be a fungus? It's scaly, which is why I think it's a possibility. Again, I think it would be a little strange to have lyme disease, given my location, etc.
I'm going to the doctor about this tomorrow.
Thank you,
Alex.

Lyme rashes and ringworm (fungal) infections can look very similar. Being that you do not have symptoms of lyme, and more importantly that it appears to be spreading I would say it is ringworm, not lymes.
Antifungal herbs such as black walnut or diluted thyme oil should help. Or get an iodine soap like Betadine to apply to the area. Wash the clothes you have worn and bed sheets, towels, etc. with an antiseptic like vinegar so you do not reinfect your skin.
