Absolutely. Everything Ginagirl says. For this, Lugol's would be best. The stomach prefers iodine, and the liquid Lugol's puts it right where it needs to be. Maybe a drop or two with just enough water to get it into your stomach to sit 20 min before eating. I can't do this without getting super hungry. Apple cider vinegar I believe helps digestion, in water or vinegar and oil salad dressing. And don't forget the mechanical aid of a glass of hot, salted water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I've also read peristalsis can be encouraged with hot water and lemon. Good luck!
