I began a liver/gall bladder cleanse last night, and I've had results. I wanted to see what was coming out, so I bought a strainer. I've had small stones, and some calcified ones the size of pimples. Scummy stuff, as well as mucus. The largest stone was 1 cm. And there were probably about 100 altogether after all the trips to the bathroom.

The question is, where does the mucus come from? I wasn't expecting that.
