As the name suggests, Triphala is the combination of three pure dried fruits (tri – three and phala – fruits) called Amalaki - Phyllanthus emblica, Bibhitaki - Terminalia bellirica, and Haritaki - Terminalia chebula as the main constituents. - To reduce weight take one teaspoon along with honey empty stomach.
- For relief in constipation, one teaspoon with lukewarm water at bed time.
