I'm so sorry she is getting worse. It sounds like a serious infection has set in. I wish I knew what to tell you. If you could get antibiotics from the vet, that would be best, but otherwise I suggest garlic for the infection. Try to get some liquid garlic if you can, or the garlic oil capsules and add them to her food or just give them to her like medicine. Warm compresses will help the abcess burst and drain. It will be gross, but it will relieve that pressure and make her feel better. I used to have to drain abcesses on one of my cat's heads all the time. He had an old injury, and it would get infected and puff up. I would literally have to drug him with benadryl and cut it open with a scalpel, and pack it with sulfa powder.
I wish I knew something else to tell you. When you get the Humaworm, start her on it right away. That has antibiotic properties as well.
