Hello,

I just returned home from Indonesia a few weeks ago. I was sick there for a bit with some stomach issues from the food and it's not the 1st time I've had problems with the food there. The 1st time I came home with giardia.

This time I'm not even sure if I have a parasite or not, but I really didn't feel well after I returned. Had some bad diarrhea for a few days and quite a bit of abdominal pain along with some weight loss. I figured I'd go ahead with a parasite cleanse just to clean out anything that MAY be present. I feel much better at the moment but still decided to go through with a cleanse.

I'm taking the New Roots Herbal Purge Parasitis cleanse(http://www.newrootsherbal.com/product/view/id/936) that the guy at the health store recommended.

My question is this. The bottle says to take 2 pills 3 times per day, where as the guy at the health food store (who seemed quite knowledgeable) said that it would be OK to take 1 pill 3 times per day since it's strong.

What do you guys think of this advice?

I've been on it for just 2 days now and I feel a bit strange (not sure if it's all in my head though, lol). Just a bit of nausea and a slight headache...
