Curezone is really a great site, no doubt but in my opinion, there are so many misinformed people advising others that its really a vicious cycle for most.
OD'ing on probiotics, fermented foods etc is NOT a good idea. In fact many people end up with a bacterial over-growth from over doing probiotics.
I'm not saying taking probiotics for a while isn't a good idea for the OP, but don't over-due anything.
As far as your weight loss, I don't know your full story, but how often are you eating? Are you still eating a strict candida diet? Or are you starting to introduce new foods?
