Great on the 40 day that is what want to hear about. People that have gone 30,40 days.
How much weight did you lose and how well did you keep it off and any other tips you can give. Of course if you were not very overweight guess this question doesn't really apply.
My idea is to
Water Fast for 30 to 40,juice fast maybe for 30 then likely go to one meal a day type of idea hopefully eating good food but not going to obsess too much or get super picky.Those restrictive diets carb or otherwise don't usually last long term. I will also be doing aerobics and weights to try to maintain losse from fast.Realize likely gain back 10 or so right away after.
