I agree to protect liver is one of the most important things we can do. And it does for us sooo much. We don't appreciate untill we know many many things it does for us, especially that we even didn't know wabout.
*You drink a bottle of beer- your liver detoxifies this astnishingly poisonous substance;
*You poke your finger and it bleeds- your liver sets into emergency mode to manufacture blood clotting factors;
*You review your thyroid test results and you are glad everything is ok- your liver (mainly) is the reason, not thyroid for the liver converts T4 to T3, which is the substance that keeps thyroid going:
*Your liver is manufacturing the most abundant protein in the body, albumin, and you even don't notice it (and you would- if it stopped manufacturing);
*And yeah, it filters all your blood very very fast.
