...I wonder if it could be the parasites, themselves, that don't like those ingredients.
Maybe try some as-is, first?
I know I am 'allergic' to plants of the nightshade family, everything milk (except a few hard cheeses), certain moulds, and so on.
I thought I had 'grown out of them'. Hah!
Personally, I would only avoid some of the Humaworm ingredients if I had reacted to them with a rash or something, in the past.
I find it is too easy to think ourselves 'allergic' according to childhood likes and dislikes.
I have it doubly difficult because I was raised not to eat meat.
They thought I was outgrowing my allergy to milk, too. I can tolerate some, until recently, in my seventies. (Sigh.)
The body is quite mysterious, isn't it?
