the Liver Flushing
is big thing, so imbetween flushes i either leave it alone and let it rejuvenate on its own, or sometimes i take chinese bitters herbs from http://www.sensiblehealth.com.
i'm not sure if i'll be taking them in the future, it seems like its just too much for an organ to constantly be targeted for cleansing or rejuvenation. it was ok for me to take chinese bitters inbetween flushes for a while, but now that i'm at #7 it just seems like my liver would like a rest inbetween.
your diet is such a personal thing, nobody here can tell you what to do. people can say what works for them, but they cannot say what works for you. there's so many diets out there; the hay diet, andreas's version of culinary correctness, there's the Blood Type Diet
, which are all completely different yet each work for some people (and not for others!) i do what seems right for me, i don't follow any one 'diet' completely. recently i went way out of my way to buy some unpasteurized cheese, after hearing someone *rave* about its health effects! but... after buying it and trying it, i muscle tested it only to find out it doesn't really work for me. would anyone like to buy some unpasteurized cheese (just kidding)!
