well i normally just let the doctrine run as I simply lack the time to figure out if running specific scripts would somehow benefit. if you are just learning dowsing, you might want to focus on that for awhile before trying to pick scripts and request they be sent... lots of variables in there that need to be accounted for...
as far as the zapper goes, hard to say how much benefit you might get from running the zapper, though I suspect that the zapper would not reach much that is not already covered on the doctrine, but, certainly could be wrong about that as pathogens are added and uncovered all the time.
as far as experiences with requesting frqs... i can tell you I did that once for
Tapeworms and should not have because i rushed the process and didn't account for time needed to heal the intestinal lining. no harm in the end, but, many factors must be accounted for if you go this route. in the end, time restraints made if very difficult for me to experiment further.
