You might consider a colonic
after flushing this weekend. Just a precaution in case something gets stuck. Or at least be prepared to do a good enema follow up. I've heard coffee suggested, or even one with epson salts to follow.
I did get one 'stuck' and it made me uncomfortable, and then when I got a colonic, out the little sucker 'floated' and I was glad. It was big enough that I wouldn't want to think of those toxins dissolving in my colon, and I was having discomfort in my colon. I hope as I get better at enemas, I will feel like I can skip the colonic. Feeling like I kept myself from a full blown gallbladder attack....I think I'll do the colonics
for now. And I have trouble following directions precisely...so maybe that's why I have that for a safety net.
Just a thought.
