A week is not really a long time. If you are healthy, you should not be too concerned about it. I recommend you read more about fasting, and soon you will find out the many folks fast 20, 30...or even more days than that. Your plan to fast for 7 days, however, is good.
The first days of a fasting are the worst ones- from day 2 to day 4. Since you have been fasting regularly, your body is better prepared for it than most.
You will lose some weight, but will gain it back later, during the refeeding time.
The bad side affects vary, according to the faster's level of toxicity... Since you have fasted frequently, you may be not very toxic.. However, we dont know your history, past diseases, etc. Many factors play a role here.
I would not be nervous if I were you.
Regarding your reason to fast: Be prepared for IMMENSE CREATIVITY AND INSPIRATION!
In the past,I started to fast for health reasons. Later, I found out that fasting increased my artistic abilities. My line of work requires me to be "creative". This was unexpected, but very welcome.
